Career Summary:

I am a detail-oriented and highly focused leader with a strong background in sales coaching, business development, planning, loss prevention, human capital management, and training. I possess 20 years of banking experience including 17 years of managerial experience with multiple promotions. I have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong passion for technology; new and existing, and excellent financial acumen. 

Senior Regional Manager (2021 - Present):

Promoted January 2021, my responsibilities now include managing a region consisting of three branches and their respective management teams and representatives.

Our goals focus on providing the great experience our members have come to expect while focusing on dollar and unit growth year over year.

In addition to my role as a Senior Regional Manager, I have also been certified as a sales trainer and have begun co-facilitating sales training courses that focus on credit training, product knowledge and the sales experience for our new employees.

Lead Branch Manager (2018 - 2021):

Promoted April of 2018, my responsibilities include sales coaching at two assigned branches with the intent of achieving monthly production and survey goals respectively.

Additionally, I provide managerial assistance to assigned locations, as well as, managing branch personnel and culture.

Branch Manager/Sales Coach (2016 - 2018):

Promoted in March of 2016, my responsibilities include providing regular monthly coaching, business development, provide operational leadership, manage payroll and personnel, manage vendor relationships, and drive promotions to influence desired results. 

Assistant Branch Manager (2011 - 2016):

After being promoted to assistant branch manager in July of 2011, my responsibilities included: provide operational guidance to staff, provide training to staff members; new and existing, assist in coaching and observing staff members, manage payroll, ensure monthly internal audits were completed, develop and lead weekly staff meetings. 

Lead Branch Representative (2007 - 2011):

My primary responsibility after being promoted was to learn everything possible to prepare me for my role as an assistant manager. In this capacity I regularly assisted clients with their needs and provided assistance to the supervisory team with the intent to learn.
